• Provide our Services, which includes trainings for PHOs, MHOs, Nurses or any other service line in which we deal i.e. Diagnostics, Nursing, Doctor Consultation, Physiotherapy etc. ("Services"). It also includes sharing data, when it is required to provide the service or carry out the transactions you request.
• Improve and develop our Services.
• Personalize our Services and make recommendations.
• Analysing software usage patterns for improving product design and utility.
• Anonymised, de-identified and / or aggregated health information may be used by CHeKup or its authorized business partners, affiliates, subsidiaries or agents for the purpose of research & analysis, building new products, and/or new business opportunities.
• Processing payment instructions including those through independent third party service providers such as payment gateways, banking and financial institutions, pre-paid instrument and wallet providers for processing of payment transaction or deferral of payment facilities
• Advertise and market to you, which includes sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.
• We also use the data to operate our business, which includes analysing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, developing our workforce, and doing research.

If you have voluntarily provided your Personal Information to Company for any of the purposes stated above, and you are a registered customer of CHeKup, you hereby consent to such collection and use of such information by Company. However, Company shall not contact You on Your telephone number(s) for any purpose including, if you have opted out using the OPT OUT service, through the message sent by CHeKup in every six months. If you have not choosen OPT OUT, it shall be considered as renewed consent of yours to use our service.

DATA TRANSFERS
